Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience with Safety Safari. Here's what to expect regarding returns and refunds.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs)

All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of the product. If you experience a technical issue or receive the wrong file, please contact us within 7 days for support.

2. Physical Books

If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@safetysafari.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

The product must be unused (if physical).
Proof of purchase is required.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns (if required) are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
